Job Description & Summary
The Clients and Markets team is dedicated to enabling business growth by developing strategic initiatives that contribute to the Firm’s go-to market strategy and enhance market presence. As a Marketing Specialist | Senior Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Marketing Managers in the delivery of Clients & Market marketing programs and campaign using their strong foundations in campaign delivery, performance analysis, and cross-channel execution, working with clients across the firm.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to develop and execute integrated end-to-end campaigns, including strategy development, go-to-market planning, and multi-channel activations such as events, digital, social media, and content curation.
- Coordinate and manage marketing programs within deadlines and budgets, overseeing agencies and suppliers, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring consistent internal and external communications to support campaign engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to evaluate success, inform future strategies, and continuously optimize marketing best practices for improved client experience and operational efficiency.
- Champion Salesforce CRM usage, uphold brand, risk, and legal compliance, and foster a client-first, One Firm collaborative approach to deliver a unified PwC market presence aligned with evolving business needs
What we’re looking for:
- Formal qualifications in marketing or communications with experience delivering integrated traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, ideally including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CMS, with a curiosity to leverage AI for enhancing campaign performance.
- Strong data-driven project management skills, capable of managing multiple programs, budgets, and fostering collaboration and relationship-building.
- High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in marketing practices.
